Shipping and Returns

Shipping - New Zealand

We aim to provide a full range of colour options when purchasing products from us, some colour options we will have in stock, and others we will make especially for you when you order.

All orders are sent via signature required tracked courier, we will provide you with tracking information via email. This is over-night delivery for working days, it does not incude saturday delivery, and rural delivery may be 2-4 working days.

In-stock orders will be shipped the next working day after receipt of payment.

Out of stock orders will be shipped within a maximum of 10 working days of the order being placed. If you wish to order an item that is marked out of stock but need it sooner, send us an email to charis@beadnz.com and we will let you know exactly when it will be available.

Shipping - Internationally

We can ship internationally using air mail or tracked courier, the cost is from $10NZD - $40NZD, If you are an international buyer, we can confirm shipping prices if you request them by filling in an email Contact form.

Returns

We know that when shopping on the internet sometimes things aren’t exactly what you imagined, so if you are not happy with your product, we will exchange it for you.

For an exchange to be accepted, we require that you contact us within 2 working day of your product arriving, and post the product back to us in its original packaging within 7 working days.

For products ordered for your wedding, please ensure you send your wedding date and next dress fitting date with your order. We will accept an exchange of product if you contact us within 2 working days of your dress fitting if the colour or style wasn't suitable.

Return postage on exchanges is at your expense.

We take special care in packaging your orders, so if any products arrive to you damaged, send it back and we will provide a replacement and a credit for your return shipping cost.
